Plum 10 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Plum in Asunción: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good 10 ml bottle from a repack
Plum in Asunción reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same 10 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum 10 ml bottle really costs in Asunción
We run plum the same way in Asunción: same 10 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Asunción survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.22 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
