Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
Plain in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Asunción
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.13 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
