Plain in Asunción: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.13 per 10 ml.
The short version: plain in Asunción works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain mesh tank really costs in Asunción
The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does plain in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
