Plain in Asunción: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
We run plain the same way in Asunción: same e-liquid bundle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested plain in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.32 per 10 ml.
