Plain in Asunción: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Plain in Asunción reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A plain 30 ml shortfill from the pre-order options in Asunción costs about Gs1.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción
Plain 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Asunción.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plain in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
