Pear pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the compare shortlist
Pear in Asunción: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.97 per 10 ml.
Pear pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a pear pen device really costs in Asunción
We run pear the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.97 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
