Pear pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Pear in Asunción: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in Asunción
If you are looking at pear in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.78 per 10 ml.
The short version: pear in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear pen device really costs in Asunción
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested pear in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
