Pear mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Pear in Asunción: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.1 per 10 ml.
Pear mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: pear in Asunción works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear mesh tank really costs in Asunción
The honest read on pear: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Gs63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.1 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
How long does pear in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
