What the label on Passionfruit is allowed to say
We run passionfruit the same way in Asunción: same sub-ohm kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on passionfruit: 17 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a passionfruit sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.21 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
