Mintice in Asunción: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Asunción are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: mintice in Asunción works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Asunción
Mintice in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Gs59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.41 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.41 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.41 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
