Mintice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Mintice in Asunción: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What mintice costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run mintice the same way in Asunción: same starter kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: mintice in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Asunción
A mintice starter kit from the pre-order options in Asunción costs about Gs2.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Asunción survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.07 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
