Mintice RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Mintice in Asunción: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Mintice RDA here
Mintice in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.37 per 10 ml.
The short version: mintice in Asunción works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Asunción
A mintice RDA from the budget options in Asunción costs about Gs3.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.37 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
