The short version: mintice in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at mintice in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Asunción.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Asunción survives.
- Treating the advertised Gs28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.53 per 10 ml.
