What a mint sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.34 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Asunción survives.
- Treating the advertised Gs55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.34 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
