Mint RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the online shortlist
Mint in Asunción: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
We run mint the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on mint: 16 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Asunción works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint RDA really costs in Asunción
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.75 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
