Mint cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Mint in Asunción: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.02 per 10 ml.
Mint cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mint in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mint in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
