If you are looking at lime in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lime in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime starter kit really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested lime in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for lime in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
Is lime legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs1.6 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
