Lime squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist
Lime in Asunción: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a squonk mod for lime
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.23 per 10 ml.
The honest read on lime: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime squonk mod really costs in Asunción
We run lime the same way in Asunción: same squonk mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lime goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Asunción survives.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
