Lime pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist
Lime in Asunción: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lime habit
A lime pen device from the reviewed options in Asunción costs about Gs2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on lime: 10 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime pen device really costs in Asunción
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.33 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
