Lime pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Lime in Asunción: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.77 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime pen device really costs in Asunción
The honest read on lime: 6 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.77 per 10 ml.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
