Lime cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Lime in Asunción: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Lime is allowed to say
Lime in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lime in Asunción reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lime in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.83 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs1.83 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
