Licorice squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the best shortlist
Licorice in Asunción: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
The honest read on licorice: 22 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Licorice squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Asunción works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice squonk mod really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at licorice in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.23 per 10 ml.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for licorice in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.23 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
