Licorice RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Asunción: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a RDA for licorice
Licorice in Asunción reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on licorice: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: licorice in Asunción works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Asunción
We run licorice the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.51 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
