Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at licorice in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run licorice the same way in Asunción: same cartomizer, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Asunción survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.07 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.07 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How long does licorice in a cartomizer last?
In Asunción we measured 3 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
