Lemon pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Lemon in Asunción: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a pen device for lemon
The honest read on lemon: 21 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.58 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Asunción
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Gs58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.58 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Packaging for lemon in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.58 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How long does lemon in a pen device last?
In Asunción we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
