Iced in Asunción: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
The honest read on iced: 21 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: iced in Asunción works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at iced in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.27 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
