Iced vape pen Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Iced in Asunción: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
We run iced the same way in Asunción: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Iced vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Asunción
A iced vape pen from the flat-rate options in Asunción costs about Gs2.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
