Iced starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Iced in Asunción: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a starter kit for iced
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.56 per 10 ml.
We run iced the same way in Asunción: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Asunción
A iced starter kit from the flat-rate options in Asunción costs about Gs3.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Asunción survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
