Iced refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Iced in Asunción: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on iced: 8 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Asunción
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
