Honey refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the price shortlist
Honey in Asunción: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Honey is allowed to say
The honest read on honey: 14 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.97 per 10 ml.
The short version: honey in Asunción works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey refill pack really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at honey in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested honey in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for honey in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.97 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
