Herbal pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Herbal in Asunción: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
We run herbal the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.77 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Asunción
Herbal in Asunción reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.77 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for herbal in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
