Herbal box mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the price shortlist
Herbal in Asunción: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
The honest read on herbal: 23 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.74 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal box mod really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested herbal in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.74 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
How long does herbal in a box mod last?
