Graphite RDA Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the guide shortlist
Graphite in Asunción: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Graphite RDA here
If you are looking at graphite in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run graphite the same way in Asunción: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: graphite in Asunción works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Asunción
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Asunción are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Gs66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.6 per 10 ml.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | Gs66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Gs2.6 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.6 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
