Grapey box mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist
Grapey in Asunción: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a box mod for grapey
Grapey in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: grapey in Asunción works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey box mod really costs in Asunción
A grapey box mod from the bulk options in Asunción costs about Gs2.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
