Frozen vape pen Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What frozen costs in Asunción
Frozen in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.64 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Asunción
The honest read on frozen: 6 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for frozen in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.64 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
