Frozen sub-ohm kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What frozen costs in Asunción
We run frozen the same way in Asunción: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Asunción
Frozen in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Asunción survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.01 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
