Frozen starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Frozen in Asunción: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
A frozen starter kit from the bulk options in Asunción costs about Gs3.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Asunción
Frozen in Asunción reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Asunción we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.36 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
