What a frozen starter kit really costs in Asunción
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Gs32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.65 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
