Frozen starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the best shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.73 per 10 ml.
The honest read on frozen: 22 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Asunción
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.73 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
