Frozen refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the best shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Asunción
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.7 per 10 ml.
Frozen refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at frozen in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs1.7 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
