Frozen pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Frozen pen device here
Frozen in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Asunción
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs1.9 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
