Frozen mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on frozen: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Frozen mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Treating the advertised Gs48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.15 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
How long does frozen in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 5 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
