Frozen box mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Asunción: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
If you are looking at frozen in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A frozen box mod from the budget options in Asunción costs about Gs2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Asunción works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Asunción
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for frozen in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
