What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.29 per 10 ml.
Frozen in Asunción reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
