Dessert starter kit Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Asunción: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a starter kit for dessert
Dessert in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Dessert starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: dessert in Asunción works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Asunción
Dessert starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.83 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is dessert legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.83 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
