Cream pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Asunción: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
The honest read on cream: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run cream the same way in Asunción: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pen device really costs in Asunción
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs3.47 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Gs51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.47 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is cream legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
How long does cream in a pen device last?
In Asunción we measured 2 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
