Cream 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the order shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Cream in Asunción: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on cream: 20 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Asunción works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.74 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Gs50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.74 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How long does cream in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Asunción we measured 7 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
