Coffee mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the best shortlist
Coffee in Asunción: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
We run coffee the same way in Asunción: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Coffee in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Coffee in Asunción reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested coffee in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Gs57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.56 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coffee in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does coffee in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 5 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
