Coconut mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the price shortlist
Coconut in Asunción: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coconut habit
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.65 per 10 ml.
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs1.65 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How long does coconut in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 9 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
