Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.88 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at coconut in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut e-liquid bundle really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at coconut in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested coconut in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
